    HTE Axles - Sawtooth Alloys

    Hi All,
Am l right in assuming the caps for the alloys won't fit on with the HD flanges fitted?
Is it possible to shave the caps on the flanges to allow them to fit? Or are they just too big?

    TIA,
    Michael

Correct... on the sawtooth alloy wheels, the centre cap is smaller than that used on the standard Defender / Discovery 1 alloy wheels.

But... if going to the Ashcroft (brand name) heavy duty axles / drive flanges then they should fit, the HTE (brand name) heavy duty axles / drive flanges are a longer spline and therefor have a thicker drive flange.

Its one of the reasons why I am looking at the Ashcroft ones now, that and the supply of the HTE brands are extremely slow...
