Let's try again
Door card
Table

I have looked at attaching the Front Runner rear door table, which is available from Opposite Lock stores and The Expedition Centre, to the rear door of mine, but haven't done it yet.
Drop Down Table - Front Runner
That is very interesting especially for owners of older Defenders.
The back door card is made out of cardboard that deforms because of humidity.
I will be thankful if you could share the CAD design.
Thank you
My door card is still OK'ish but I decided to add a table some years back.
Just used ply covered with marine carpet. Plastic hinges & tonneau elastic hold downs. Too big and it restricts access to the rear of the vehicle, mine was just big enough to have a brew.....

Careful planning allowed all the mounts to screw through the panel into the door framework.
Several companies will supply the door card but freight from the UK makes it an expensive option http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Defender-9...-/140694957724

Heres mine done for the D1 i just traced around the old card onto some checker plate. To mount itraced the old pin holes drilled them out and put rivnuts into the rear then checker is bolted on with 6mm stainless button heads.
Stainless 1.6mm benchtop i made myself with safety folds and a stiffener so its nice and steady.
