			Boost box failure

i was just wondering if anyone has any idea why my MY 2000 TD5 Defender is killing boost boxes. I recently upgraded intercooler and put a bigger chip in it. Since then it has killed two boost boxes in under 3000 KM. Does anyone have any ideas. It is not a wiring issue I have taken it to an independent auto electrician and he verified that the wiring connections were sound.

I have had the same issue with a TD5 Defender with a VNT I seem to have no choice but to use one as I can't tune around it

Unless someone has a solution but the 1.5 bar map change still results in an overboost scenario it really needs to overboost over 1.7 bar

I am currently using an Alive tuning box that seems ok
