bit of an old post, but only just saw this now, what did it cost you for the disk brake conversion and did it change the stud pattern? Also where are the alternate CWP ratio's available? i believe they only came in 5.99 and 6.99 from factory depending on 4x4 or 6x6 - 5.1 and a change of high range ratios in the my transfer would make them much more usable on road - along with disk brake conversion.
