Yes Kings and Konis.
Sorry, I can't remember the numbers, although I'd written them down somewhere. They are +50mm and +500kg's. The vehicle weighs around 3500kg's all up of which aprrox 2200 to 2300 is over the rear and it has this weight all of the time.
I had standard springs and Puma rear shocks previous and it wallowed noticeably.

Didn't bother to investigate any further.First time it has broken down.
Actually it is one of my son's,so I can still say I have never had one of my LR's break down

Removed the snorkel and fitted the nugget airduct kit. Reinstalled snorkel and ran the roof spotlights wiring inside it. All very tidy.
Minor one, but installed a leatherman raptor into the cubby lid. Good emergency tool (window breaker & seatbelt cuter) close to hand. Hope it never gets used in anger.
Having a fuel pre-filter and new radius control arm bushes fitted as I type this (contra deal for an air con unit ) for a run down Ballina beach this coming weekend. It'll be interesting to see how much sand has been washed away after the big tides we have atm.

Hi Neil,
I thought the same thing when I looked at the instructions. They are actually pretty good and i did follow them (loosely )
Removed the wheel, left it on the jack with the tyre under the steering guard and dropped it about 20mm so it was touching the tyre. Used a small screwdriver to push through the center pins from the clips that hold the guard. Popped off the whole flared arch. This only took 10 mins and was totally worth it. I should have done this when I first put the snorkel on.
From there: Snorkel off. Wingtop cover off. Undo airduct bracket. Cut up airduct (I used a sharp stanley knife as I wasn't keen to start waving the sabre-saw around in such a small space.) & remove. Disconnected hose from filterbox for better access. Cleaned everything up and assembled per instructions. Snorkel back on. About 4 hours.
Only comments: 1 - Black sealant would look better than the blue if you're a bit messy, like me. 2 - I didn't see the need to remove the airfilter box.
Wasn't as bad a job as I thought it would be. Gullwings next weekend....
No need of removing any thing to be honest. I even managed to pull the old piping without hacking into it. Just remove the supporting bracket for the existing pipework and stick your hand through the guard and gut it like a fish ...literally. I installed the replacement box first then installed the pipework (bit of a fiddle but works). Sing out if you need a hand.
Many Thanks,
pd
