1/2 inch slim drive 6 inch wobble extension OR..
1/2M-3/8F deive adaptor and a 6 inch 3/8 wobble extension
and then use a tom thum pump.
I did mine yesterday with a 1 litre Penrite squeeze bottle refilled a few times.
I used a 1/2 to 3/8 adaptor with a 150MM 3/8 extension . Did not need a wobble as long as you don't push the square in too far once it is cracked. The 3/8 extension is a lot slimmer than a 1/2 so doesn't foul the hand brake backing plate so much

What he just said...
*Depending on the vehicle that has the LT230 transfer case the length of the extension required will vary, you just need to get past the handbrake drum.
*Over the lifetime of working on Land Rovers I have broken the odd 3/8 wobble (the thin part is the weak point).
*If the filler plug is excessively tight, use a 1/2 long handle reach ratchet to crack it.
