Steering guard that fits ARB Deluxe Bar

    Hi all,

I have a 2014 110 fitted with an ARB deluxe bar. I'ma looking to fit a steering guard, and not sure which one will fit. Any advice?

I have been browsing Paddock Spares and there are a few different ones available but not sure where to start.

Steel Steering Guard with Integral Towing Eyes - Galvanised - for Defender RHD - Paddock Spares
Heavy Duty Aluminium Steering Guard for Defender - Paddock Spares
Heavy Duty 3 piece Steel Steering Guard for Defender RHD and LHD. Features integral towing eyes. - Paddock Spares
Heavy Duty Black Aluminium Steering Guard for Defender - Paddock Spares

    Thanks in advance

    Dave

I would just buy the APT Fabrication one in Brisbane... It will fit with any bar and is aussie made. Send him an email to confirm that he still sells them but they are well made

Thanks for getting back to me. APT don't make them anymore unfortunately. He stopped making them once the last Defender rolled off the line and hes since sold his last one in stock.

From another thread - Ridjidij will be making some soon.

"I was disappointed when APT stopped making the Defender steering guard. I always recommended them to customers buying a bull bar because I know that they fit well together, as well as being Australian made, with integrated recovery points, good quality and well priced.
I've just designed my own which fits to the same points the APT and Frontrunner use. I could've done without the extra work, but I'm a glutton for punishment I guess.
I haven't had them folded yet, but this is what they'll look like. It'll probably be a few weeks before I have them folded as I'm extra busy at the moment."
