    300tdi Headlight wiring diagnostics

So sadly its been a while since being on AULRO and due to $$ and time issues the poor 110 has been quite neglected for around 2 years now sitting in the backyard with only a handful of short drives.

Anyway so my Headlights are not working at all now. I have always had a bit of an issue with sporadic cutting out of headlights while driving (especially on corrugations) not much fun when it happens.
So currently parkers and rear lights go on and but nothing at all in headlights. Tested with no power at headlight connectors, have tried swapping replays (fuse box area ones), have tried swapping yellow relays behind the dash, the earth connection on the engine bay side of the firewall.
Main Light switch looks fine and connections look fine and also tested ok with the multimeter.
With the multimeter I found no power at the Pink "relay" behind the dash (as in remove "relay" and no power on the plug) and actually -.03V on input plug. I am not very talented in electrical so dont know if that reading is incidental or significant.
I do not know how to test the high low beam switch in the indicator stalk but can switch the driving lights off and on using it so Im assuming that its working from that.
Im now at my wits end and not sure what to do or check
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I am driving it down to Victoria at the end of the week so may have to hotwire them directly if i cant find the fault. Simple fused on off switched wire and could just use driving lights for high beam.
