Squeaking from door tops- solved (I hope)
I've had a killer squeak coming from around the tops of the front doors, making driving on unsealed roads a real chore. I thought it was the door seals, tried silicon spray on them to no avail. Today I removed the roof lining and drilled out the pop-rivets holding the two angle sections that the pinchweld of the door rubber is attached to; the original sealant / adhesive had deteriorated, doing nothing- the angle came away in my hand when the 4 rivets were removed. Cleaned them up and applied a couple of beads of silicon, re-riveted, went for a drive and the squeaking seems to be gone. Might be helpful for those with similar problem. I was expecting to find the bolts at the tops of the pillars loose but they were not.

I also have this squeak as well... When you're driving along and its squeaking, I tried opening the door which also stopped the squeak... not sure what that means...

Yeah I tried pulling the top of the door in, any change in pressure on the door seal alters the squeak. I eventually figured it's the door making the angle piece move. Hoping I'm not counting my chickens too soon, seemed good on a short rough road run though.
