    Puma engine mounts- hydraulic?

    Can anyone confirm whether the engine mounts in the 2.4 Puma defender are oil filled?

    KLR say they are the same as TD5 ones. If so, that'd be yes.

    Yes as already mentioned, same exact mounts, but as the Ford engines, both the 2.4 and 2.2 are lighter than the previous model TD5 they may well last for a very long time.
    So seeing if they are worn out is the same, if the engine support bracket is sitting down on the outer doughnut its worn out.
