Possibly could be radius arm bushes, and perhaps incorrect toe out, or maybe bent axle housing. And the other likelihood is that it is a combination of factors - fix one and it goes away, but comes back soon, when one of the other factors gets a little bit worse.!
The fact that it is only in the straight ahead steering position does raise the possibility that there are grooves in the swivel bearing races in the straight ahead position, so that there is no preload in this position.
