Current understanding with my truth table.
Some connections still unidentified.
No success in illuminating any lamps
The outer (top) connector has 10 pins but only 3 connections (reading Left to Right) 0 pins top row
lower 2nd - Light Green Black - low fuel from gauge
Lower 4th - Green Black - fuel transducer
Lower 5th - White Orange - low fuel transducer
The inner connector has 10 pins but 7 connections (reading Left to Right)
Upper 1st - yellow pink - unknown
Upper 2nd - pink - unknown
Upper 4th - black - assume vehicle ground
Upper 5th - Purple Brown - battery after fuses 6 & 7
Lower 1st - Black Red - speedo transducer
Lower 2nd - Red orange - assume side lamps & poss rear fog - only one instrument lamp unable to remove but blank side gives continuity
Lower 3rd - Brown Blue - battery after 30A eng compartment fuse
Lower 5th - White Green - unkown (Arthur has this as low fuel - however the manual that arrived has the LGB and GB both involved in low fuel from the gauge and to transducer)

Quick question.
Is the civilian V8 110 chassis/body wiring harness the same as the Military/Perentie chassis/body harness? (I do understand the differences in fuel tank position and blackout/convoy lighting)
