I did have an idea, haven't yet got around to making it up.

A piece of flexible plastic - thinnish - that surrounds the catch, attached under the catch, with a hole cut in it for the striker.

So, when you rub against it on the way in your belt loops gently slide over, but the force of the striker is enough to swing the plastic out of the way.

OR

Dance lessons.

Well it happened again today and only bought the pants a week ago... not happy :eek:

So Simon any luck on this idea... was thinking exactly the same solution when it happened today :angel::angel::angel:
