The mounts looks modified. The horizontal 'bumper' part of the bullbar should be level or just a touch above the botton of your front sill. Thats what I have observed with mine and other vehicles anyway.Quote:

I recall that all the very early Td5s with ARB bullbars had them mounted like that. They didn't look right to me. The adapters were necessary to mount the ARB bars because of the protruding grill panel on the Td5s until ARB got around to designing a new bullbar. I still have a pair of those adapters in my shed.
