    G'day Pete, mate I was actually lucky enough to get the materials free from work, it was completely made from obsolete tube and flat bar so the only cost to me was $180 to have it sandblasted and powder coated. The bumper part of the bar is made from 3" water pipe, it is 5mm thick so I should be able to drive through a brick wall! The total weight without the winch came to 32kg but it is quite robust. I actually bought the winch first and then built the bar around it.

    long overdue at that! they only managed to get the bits in last week... 3 weeks after they said it would come that day! lol but all good didnt bother me too much. Must say the Fl2 is a nice drive.
