The td5 with the 2 door troop wagon body was order only in Oz so very rare here, but I understand your problem as the inward facing seats don't take baby capsules or seats. The problem is your going to be pushing poo uphill finding a defender wagon with such low k's and then will still need to fit a crab bar( look in good oil) . In Nsw at least the buyers would either be a single or couple with no kids looking to build a camper or a big family with kids all over 6(booster laws).
. Even the new puma has the 2 door 110 wagon options but is still basically order only.

We fitted a middle seat and had the capsule in the front passenger seat. When #2 came along we had to get a station wagon though. Hopefully the 1990 200TDI 2 door is still out there (personal import, factory fitted twin tanks and hand throttle, spare on the bonnet).
