As already stated, Dolium (in Perth) are the importers, Opposite Lock are the distributors and they are the Front Runner ones from South Africa.
I still can't understand why they have to be so expensive here. I've got the rear quater panel tank and the 50 litre cargo barrier tank in my Defender.
Postage from South Africa is cheaper than postage within Australia, the rear tank cost me $50 to have posted. I had to buy the other tank locally after the aforementioned complaints.
i cannot remember how much the behind the wheel tanks cost but if you do not have adults inthe back seat you could do something like i did.

Thanks to all for the ideas, it has given me something to ponder. i'm not quite sure which way to go. A position on the floor in front of the rear seats has real merit as my little boy is only three months old (no long legs there yet!). Perhaps a slide in bladder type tank might be a good alternative for that particular space. It warrants further investigation.

Search for water bladders on ebay, there's a Victorian company advertising there Yana Bladder Tanks that can make them to order. Their 35 litre bladders start at $90 on ebay (Buy It Now for $103.50) and their 80 litre bladders start at $120 (Buy it Now for $158).
Unless you can import the 35 litre bladders from South Africa (I think they work out at around $40AUDea) then this company seems to have the best local prices. I haven't bought off them, I've just been doing some research.

forgot to mention....have a read of Bushie's simpson desert trip, he mention one of the cars had a problem with hole/s in the water bladder

Yeah that was me. The bladder I fitted was a 75 litre one I bought from ARB. I then got some heavy duty underlay and made a sock for it.Quote:

IMHO the bladder is a great option if you are not using the back seat for passengers or your passengers are little tackers. A piece of ply over the floor well for kids to stand on would cover all bases. I will get a photo and post this when my home computer gets back from the technos - viruses from my son's downloads.
You could also get a smaller 40 litre bladder which would fit under the back seat in a 200 or 300 Tdi
