Progress, yes, positive results no. The County wingtops (no problem) should have pricing sometime next week. We have discovered that the Puma has actually got the same overall length (naturally being a 110) however the front guard panels take up an extra inch which has been removed from either the cabin area, or the rear. We need to aquire another vehicle for an hour and remeasure panels and templates so there are no gap issues like the ones you pointed out. The two we have measured up have varied in sill length by 3 or 5mm from my County not much but a noticable amount especially with a black on white colour scheme. It would be enough to p*** me off.

Three options for the 3 Puma drivers wanting a full kit,

A: we need to measure up a third car, take the average measurement variation. If there are gaps then fill them with black rubber or Silicone. Will look the part, except you will know about it and what is the point having custom bits made up if they are not an exact fit?

B: My preference is, when you get the Puma's drive them up here and we measure them individually and get the sill guards built to fit the individual cars.

C: We make the sill guards based from the largest measurement and you guys trim them to fit. Again what is the point getting a custom kit when you can get a badly fitting one from LRA.

on both kits we will have a definate price before the end of next week.

We are just being anal Scallops, I looked at your photo and wondered why the couldn't extend the sill guard all the way to the black wheel flares to create a continuous black line.

No probs .. just to clarify only mine is a Puma, so no worries driving up at some stage to take exact measurements. I agree, no point going custom if the fit is not perfect.
