Thats what I want to hear!

rattle on startup is very common in colder weather, as mentioned above, this is due the colder air being a lot denser, and the characteristics of compression ign , but should quieten within a matter of a minute depending on the coldness of air and engine. After that you need to be looking to fixing a problem, because that is what it is.
