Disco rims have a different off set to defender rims, so will make the tyre fit closer to the chassis by 5 to 10 mm. I did measure it but cant recall the difference. The off set will make the turning more limited too I suppose.
I like the 16 x 7 King wheels for offset and width.
Wolf rims (130 rims are probably the same) sit further out from the chassis than standard 5.5 rims.
I was soooooo tempted to buy 255/85 Bighorns at $280 each. Still regret not doing it sometimes. But decided to go 235/85 for availability in the event of a bad puncture in the bush and impact on torque/power when sand driving.
