NVH for 4BD1T is better than for a 4BT.

What's the engine capacity of a 6BT Cummins? That 110 Ute sounds very nice ? what would be a Typical gear fitted behind a 6BT?

5.9 litre if you are talking about the 12 valve version. I'm not sure of the displacement of the 24 valve and common rail versions - edit: current version is 6.7 litre.

Are the 4BT Cummins and 4BD1T on Par in terms of Torque and HP performance ?

bar the whistle mine had, i don't think that sounded all that different to my 4BD1, although on a 90 with a 3" straight through exhaust, no mufflers, etc

I don't know how hard it would be, but here is a pic of a 6BT in a 109 engine bay.
Edit: This is the vehicle in the video clip that isuzurover provided a link to.

Now that looks like it is a tight fit.
