I have to admit I like it.
A big lotto win and I would probably get one.
If this guy is right and the next Ranger is going to be linked to the Bronco I wonder if any of the development was done at Broadmeadows. I know there are differences with the US Ranger but I believe that quite a bit of the US car had some work done here.
All speculative, of course, but it could mean we might get the Bronco sooner than we otherwise might.

The Bronco is built on a version of the Ranger's T6 platform.
FoA 'owns' the T6 platform.
So current Ranger, current Everest, current US model Ranger and the chassis of the Bronco were all designed, engineered, developed and tested here in Oz.
I remember seeing the face/grill ages ago but this is the first time I've seen it in its entirety. I like it. But yes LHD only unfortunately.
Unlike the Grenadier which Ineos are saying is aimed at the more utilitarian market, the Bronco is aimed squarely at the same sort of leisure/adventure market (though possibly not long distance touring) that LR say the new Deefer is aimed at. Well, in the US anyway.
Yet the Bronco is, like the Grenadier, available in pov spec, hose out, no frills versions.
Guess it shows (if any further proof were needed) where LR is heading.

I'm still leaning towards the Grenadier for some reason, but I can really not say why. The Bronco 'looks' brilliant. Pricing will be paramount, and Ford are excellent at that. I still want to see the new Deefer in the metal, but my interest wanes daily, when we can see what they COULD have done. Seen one SUV, seen 'em all.
