Just thought I'd share a few pics of my home made Ext shock mounts.


They essentially relocate the original mounts Up "X" amount of inches.

Made from 12mm plate steel.



Also sliced the pin off the std mount and re welded it to the correct angle.

Don't know about the mount (really no expertise so don't know :angel:)... but defender is looking good.

Yes, it think so...

Not sure it will help my so called "problem" :D


That bull bar took a lot of Mod's to fit.

Are you sure it was off a LR?
