Top gear tonight the skater vs the aston martin

Wow on top gear tonight they showed a race with a Rocket back packed bloke on roller blades against an Aston Martin.
At 100MPH at the finish line the roller blader was only a second begind.
I can't imagine the gravel rash the roller blader would have sustained it the wheel bearings on his skates overheated and went POW, his toosh would have been hambermince mince I reckon. Crazy but wow to watch:eek:

I used to have a pair of Warwick Flyer skates when I was a kid they were the Aston Martin of skates back then(1968)

Missed it but did go the launch of the new Aston Rapide last week... bloody lovely vehicle and surprisingly comfy ;)
