another dog.......I am in am staff double trouble....And just got the garden looking nice, back to the drawing board again on that one!
I was concerned that because Tracey is a big sooky daddies girl that she would really crack the ****s when she met Doug but she growled a bit and got over herself.
He is black brindle quite a character and they seem to be getting on well plenty of play fights all good

funny thing is the yank version is so much a different breed from what is kicking around in Australia,we have so many different strains within the breed you get them with a certain bias to a breed i find.
I do love texan bull dogs (british bulldog in it's non kennel club messed up variety) nice looking mutts.
I really can't get into the cropped ears thing that they do over there.
I mean if dogs were supossed to have cropped ears then they would have..cropped ears

Mine i saw him in a pet store ...i don't hold with buying from these places as it just continues the breeding farms and i think that that practice is so wrong.
But i got the young chick in the shop to phone the shop owner and i haggled over the price, i said as he had been there for ages and was going a bit nuts being cooped up in a glass box and was loosing his puppy 'ahh' appeal i would take him of her hands at a discount as it will save her a few bucks sticking a needle in its neck when it cant be sold ....must have all been true as i got her down $250 off the asking price.
We should stop puppy farms in this country it is just a sick practice.

The latest shots and as always Tracey looks mournful, she is having issues with adjustment because she has always been daddies girl (mistake number one!) and is taking a beating off the little thug his teeth are like razors, but a few days in they get along well just that she has to make room i am guessing that he is going to take the third position in the pack after me and the missus unless tracey grows a pair and tells him the go.

Staffies are great dogs!
These photos were taken about a couple of hours ago. Cougar will be 11 in June and loves chasing any rabbit that comes too close to our house.
He caught this one when it decided to come onto our front lawn for an early breakfast!

lardy....That third photo just looks like a twin of our daughter's Staffy in the NT.:)
(We miss Yindi so much and look forward to visiting in July.)
They are just the best mates...faithful, intelligent and so much a part of the family.
And Baz... your Pepper looks lovely:) It's the first pic we have seen that shows there is a front leg missing. Doesn't look like it makes much difference. :p I guess dogs make their own adjustments to their disabilities and your Pepper seems to be managing very well indeed.
Thanks for posting the pics.
