Hi Everyone, Re Disco Auto TD5

I would like to find out which way the transmission oil tarvels to the cooler and back to the transmission. I am in the process of adding another cooler and would like the oil from the front cooler to go back to the transmission.

I was lead to below the flow changes direction during operation.

I'm not convinced of this though!

Its a much higher pressure system, so I hope youre looking at a high pressure (200psi) rated cooler.

Hi Tombie,
I will be fitting high pressure hoses and fiitings for sure. Trying to eliminate problems not looking for them.
So as far as you know it will not make any difference which way the extra cooler is connected to the old one.

I just fitted up a P38 cooler to replace the D2 unit with new custom hose connections...

A lot more cooling. :cool:
