I have been reading the thread re the D4 high beam & the fact that they can not be adjusted. So I have a minor problem with my D3 low beam in so far that they seem slightly to low.
This may be caused by the ARB bull bar but there is a distinct cut off from light to dark at the top of the beam which causes problems with signs (like speed) that are on high posts.
This is only in low beam.
I have read the owners manual & it only mentions changing the lights from RHD to LHD which probably won't help. I have had a look around the lights & can not see any adjustment screws.
So, is it possible to adjust the D3's Xeon low beams up or down?
Could a dealer do it during service?
Don't any suggest driving at off road hight all the time.

On top of each light is two bolt heads. I think if you adjust one it moves left \ right and if you adjust both in the same direction it adjusts up \ down.

On the D4 the vertical adjuster is the one that only requires a short screwdriver and IIRC its the inner one. The D3 is probably the same.

From the LR3 workshop manual

Headlamp Adjustment (86.40.17)

NOTE : With self leveling suspension, make sure the vehicle is at the standard ride height.
NOTE : The headlamp setting is 1.2 % below horizontal and parallel.
NOTE : NAS vehicles have vertical adjustment only.
1 . Align the headlamp beam setting equipment to one headlamp.
2 . Switch the headlamps on and to dipped beam.

Adjust the headlamps with a Philips screwdriver.
Rotate the adjusters A and B by an equal amount for vertical alignment.
Rotate the adjusters A or B for horizontal alignment.
