Hi Tony,

There is a "Sticky" thread here in Upcoming Events:

http://www.aulro.com/afvb/upcoming-events/88876-vic-range-rover-40th-anniversary-12-14-nov-2010-melbourne.html

It is the "official" national event.

In Sydney we had a four vehicle Range Rover Anniversary display at the NRMA Motorfest on Australia Day. You can see some pictures here:

There will be a Range Rover 40th display with the Land Rovers and military vehicles at the All British Day that is held at The Kings School, North Parramatta on 29 August 2010. More information to follow.

Afraid there will be no photos from me as we have visitors from London here over the week end. Already in enough trouble for running off to Duxford Air Museum on the Sunday to catch up with a cousin who is over here with work for a week and has a free day.

Put the dates up for the UK event in case someone was passing through the UK and might not know it was on.

The Gaydon museum is not far from Shakeseares home at Stratford upon Avon so if you have a not another Land Rover again groan from the family you might be able to claim it is a side visit to the cultural one.
