Join the campaign calling on the NSW Labor Government to axe its proposed
new $500 million tax on vehicle registrations in NSW.
Recently current Premier Kristina Keneally announced her latest attack on NSW motorists.
What makes it worse is that the New tax depends on the size of your car.
This means people driving medium to large cars will be taxed more:confused:
Can I please ask every one to take a moment to
Sign the online petition and help Axe Labor's Car Tax!

I think you will find we are already paying an additional tax on our rego, calculated on how many cylinders we have, in the case of the TD5 we pay for six cylinders, $800 there's about.:(
Never mind whats happening in NSW, we have enough of our own problems here in Qld with captain Bligh running the state broke and now she wants to sell off the states assets.
The best part is that any benefits gained from this revenue is poured in to the south east corner of Qld while the rest of the state goes to ****.

Same here mate, this extra tax is to pay for transport infrastructure in Sydney, we people who live outside of Sidunee get nothing. ( Sorry we got a couple of second hand buses in Newcastle);)

Isn't it great, we live in a democracy, where we elect a government, which then goes off and does what it bloody well likes.

Great post,
All you New South Welshmen, don't forget to vent at the ballot box in 12 mths time! Politicians generally forget that they represent their electorate first and foremost. You expect your local member to vote according to your (electorate) wishes on the floor of the house.:eek:
The poor chap who was the member for the Traveston Dam area learn't that!:o:o
Cheers
Ralph
