Would like to test drive a set of 235/85/16's. Always had the larger 255/85's but the tyre selection is very limited. So before I commit, would like to see if I like them...

Would be for only the day, up the highway & over a few hills. Happy to come to you.

PM or leave a message here - Thanks - Geoff

60k's on them, 3 looking good @ 6mm tread. Have 1 wearing weird @ 4mm. Cooper ST's. Purchased 3 years ago. Also have another full set of tyres for trailer use. I am swapping tyres with Read90 on Wednesday night. Could lend my set to you for a couple of days:) I set of tyres on defender 130 rims.

Hey Pumice ( & others), how do they (235/85/16's) compare to the old 7.5R16's in size and performance?? Jus bought a set of those a while back and took off 31 x 10.5 R15's (in the shed also)
cheers Gerald

Sorry mate, my experience is limited to 235/85 Grabbers to 235/85 STTs. Do like the STT's though.

The 750's are thinner than the 235's but they are both the same height. So makes no differance to driving with them on , just the 235's fill the archers better
