dvd player roof install non-original

I'm after any advise from people who have installed a roof dvd player unit into a disco that wasnt originally fitted with one.

Are there any wiring up there for power, earth, acc (12v switched)
Is there a bracket or something to mount a unit.
I assume that the originals are not just screwed into the roof liner shell, and that something a litte better is hiding under under the liner?

My original was fitted post-delivery and the wiring loom was fitted as part of the installation. I don't know about the brackets but really suspect nothing was prefitted as IIRC the DVD players were offerred only during a relatively short period.

Have a look in the accesories section on the rave disk. It includes the dealers instructions for fitting these units.
