I only took up the wifes 86" - I did win the best of breed (by default) as it was the only 86/88" series one there.

Series 1's ruled again

I do agree Ian, but we still need to encourage more to attend (maybe next year we need to do another series trip?).

That sounds like a great idea, it would be a real adventure driving across from Brisbane in the 53 80" :D

And perhaps with a 1950 80" as well. Although I would also like to do the Bay to Birdwood Classic run and that is a different time of year. Decisions Decisions.

Hi there all

Regarding a series trip to Blinman - will keep you all informed of developments. For all those with projects you have less than 12 months to finish...........me included.

As for

you took it up without the roof on I take it and when is the unveiling of the Firefly

I have a roof for it - but the wife thinks it looks silly (just lucky it dosent rain all that often). Its one of those cars which looks good unrestored, but will paint it one day.

As for the FIREFLY.......slowly its getting there, not setting any more deadlines untill I catch up at work.

All the best
