Photo Competition #16 - ends Sunday 18th April

The topic for this competition is
Motivational Posters
The format is thus:

This competition will require some post processing. Not all competitors will have photoshop or similar, however there are websites that will create a motivational poster from your image and text.

Rules are as per normal, with no more than 2 posters per entrant.

Remember, some posters are motivational, others are demotivational, all count. Please try not to insult others on gender, race, intelligence or other personal issues.

He could (and does) sneak up on you in the kitchen (looking for scraps) and trip you when least expected..............

Not sure if thats the correct spelling of efficiency/efficency as my spell check likes both ?!
Like the concept of the competition, but I found it more like a computer/web manipulation challenge than a photographic one.
Select my photo, reduce to 800X600, post to Photobucket, copy URL to Mymotivatr, create poster, copy back to PC, re-post to Photobucket and copy URL to here to end up with a small image. Is there an easier/better way ?
