Does anyone know anything about this type of canopy for a 130. Apparently it came off a 130 CC used by SP Energy, so it's probably been commercially produced. Just wondering if it's a particular brand that is recognised, and what it would be worth.
I'm trying to decide wether to go soft top or hard top on my 130.
Cheers, Murray

Can't see their name plate in the photos, but Lowline in Traralgon made similar looking ones. Very good construction. Stepho_62 has one on his 110 if you take a look in his members rides gallery you might see some similarities?

Looks like a Lowline one. They are not the most stylish canopies but are strongly made.

That's exactly the canopy that I got with my 130 !

never seen one like it before.

By the way they seem to rust like a bastard !

further to which... if its in good nick and you were local I;d probably buy it fropm you to replace my rusty opne. It really is a good setup with great ease of access around teh rear and sides to get into your gear.

Only drama, as with any (well, most) hard canopy, is that its not easy to remove if you want to do a dump run. My advice would e to stick in on for a while and see how you like it !

That's pretty much what I've done. I much prefer the look of canvas, and I'm still looking for a good second hand canvas, but this hardtop was a quick and easy solution for the time being.
It does appear to be well built, there is some surface rust around the bottom steel frame, and you are right about it not being quick to take off.
For the money ($140), I'm pretty happy with it.

I'd reckon - that is a good price.. and yeah the canvas always looks good.
(even better if the car isn't white though).

Sorry Gatesy,
Unfortunately it often turns out that other members of the forum were bidding on the same items on Ebay. That's one down side of us Landy owners being such a tight knit community.

As I'm sure you well know, it's not that easy to find second hand 130's that aren't white............beggers can't be choosers. :D
I do have plans to repaint in another colour, but that's a job that's way down the list of projects.
