Done mine last night. Get two 6203 sealed bearings and one 6302. Change the pulley bearings while your at it. Pretty straight forward. One 15mm spanner and one 13mm. 15mm with a pipe for leverage to move tensioner.

i just squeezed a 2175 on my car to get it home and we had to unbolt the altenator fit belt and then put alt back on because the be was so tight only 5mm on the tensioner

more stuff,,
The idlers are NOT rebuildable,,
the plastic pulley is moulded around the bearing,,
and you wouldnt want to anyway,, the plastic runner surface has deformed/worn to show the ribs underneath,,
all the other pulleys sound/spin/seem fine,,
it runs VERY quiet without anything else turning:eek::cool:
correct belt arrives tomorrow,, along with a pulley from Karcraft.

well, its all good:D
this belt is longer than Inc's new driveway--
pulley was a much heavier metal affair,, which was a concern,,
also it was flat, ie no running lip, which also was a concern as the old one has a rather large lip,,
After a quick conflab with my Technical Expert (Hi Justin!:p) it seems the lip is just how much the old pulley was worn--- D'oh!:D
