Aha! Obviously you don't read the rrnet website very often. :)

I'd like the aux input too. I'm waiting for someone to do it and let me look at how/where it was fitted.

If you study the rrnet website a little more often you would see exactly where they put the aux input :p

That only shows the socket. I want to know where to put the cable connection at the other end.

I read the site occasionally (I wrote some of it) and I recently updated the radiolcd (http://www.rangerovers.net/repairdetails/radiolcd.html) page with the info on the LCD screen, etc.

Hey Paul,

Does the RR use a Alpine head unit?

If so this might be useful -

If it is the Alpine head unit, i.e., is the car a 99-92 model, there are other options for the RR which aren't available for the Clarion, e.g., the Incaripod kit, see ICD Direct Control iPod Interface (http://www.incaripod.com/Vehicle/Range_Rover/ICD_Direct_Control_iPod_Interface) which would be much better.

Or if fitted with nav.: Range Rover iPod / iPod Adapter (http://www.incaripod.com/Brand/Range_Rover_iPod_Interface/Range_Rover_iPod)

If an earlier model with the Clarion, I'd like to know if this works: http://www.incaripod.com/Vehicle/Range_Rover/DICE_Electronics_Range_Rover_RDS_FM_iPod_Kit
