Hey guys,
Can anyone please tell me if the rear bumper fitment is the same on a 2000 D2 V8 as it is on a 2004 D2a Td5?

Not the bumper itself, but the way it actually fits/mounts to the vehicle?
Can't find anything on RAVE to say differently.

There's a good reason....honest! :D ;)

The rear bumpers is exactly the same.

Should just be the two bolts, in behind the light clusters, and voila.

Only difference is the lights in it. D2a has fog and reverse light, D2 is fog and indicator.

Not the actual bumper Andy, just the fitment/attachment bracket or method.

It's nothing spectacular, just that a fellow WA-AULROian is kindly making a bar up for me, but he has a 2004 D2a Td5, and we are gonna be talking design options, and was wondering if the fitments/attachments on the two vehicles were the same or not, or if we would need to discuss alternative attachment brackets or the like.

To all who have responded so far, cheers for the info guys.

If it helps,
I got mine from Rovacraft
650$
It has the two attachments behind the lights, but also a tongue that extends underneath to the two bolts where the tow bar bolts in. The rear bar tongue bolts nicely between the frame and the tow bar, and gives extra anchoring points
