Hi
Well bought myself a isuzu Factory 4BD1-T engine today. Was thinkin of putting it in the new s2a, but will put it in my county instead. The county allready has a isuzu but does not have a turbo. so will put the nissan ED33 with the nissan five speed in the s2a instead.

Was that the one on ebay?. The ad says it was disassembled and the turbo u/s and some other bits missing?

Hi
Thats the one. Only the head is of and it is missing the injectors and fly wheel. Are the injectors different between the turbo and non turbo. If not i have them at home.

LRO, I think it depends on the year of the engine. My manual (IDE2140) states the same part no's for the injectors of both engines, but in a couple of threads on here different part no's appear for later engines.

From experience, putting '81 N/A injectors in a '87 turbo motor saw a dramatic loss of power, so I guess if they change its between '81 and '87. There was a recent thread on injection pumps and a lot of info on injectors was posted there.

When you get the engine home take the numbers from the injection pump and give them to an injection pump specialist,he will look up the the correct injectors for it.

I hope all the bits are there for you. He didn't reply to my Q as to what exactly was missing.
There was no exhaust manifold, turbo, rocker gear, etc in the photos he sent me.
