Settlement agent in Qld

Gday All,
Is anyone on here a settlement agent in Qld. Am trying to sort out a block of land that is near Bundaberg, and dealing with the Qld gov departments is impossible if you live in another state/ territory..:(:twisted:

Not very often,its a block my father bought many many years ago and now my sister has decided she wants to sell her half, so what I thought would be a simple transaction between her and me, has turned into a red tape nightmare..Not sure that the Qld revenue service believe that there are still virgin blokes of land in that state..:eek:

Do you want a conveyancer or a settlement agent? They are quite different. Maybe you should use a solicitor.
