In the thread "Car Show Elitists" below I posted some pictures of the aluminium replica D type that my mate is importing from NZ.
He needs lots of parts for the car, and so is looking for either derelict 3.8 mk11s or Mk IX ( Mark 9- the big ugly ones before Mark X) Jags to be parts and engine donors or any other 3.8s , although I doubt there would be many E types lying around. He doesn't want 4.2 as the block is apparently different.
If anyone knows of any , I would appreciate a PM. I guess anywhere on the East Coast.
He may also be the only person in the world who wants a Moss Gearbox. LOL.
