Crappy Week

So I had a crap week last week.

I took this photo at Australia Zoo on Saturday 15/05/2010. It pretty well sums my attitude/mood over the last week.

Now I can see it! nice capture mate, it is not soft focus, for sure when soft when posted.
Just a little USM and bit of bright on the face and it is a killer ;)

There is also some post processing to try and sharpen the image a bit more. It didn't help that the glass was a bit dirty.

Ok a bit more light on the face less on the back ground. There is more fiddling needed. I would love to get behind the glass.

Thought as much. Soft focus is not really correct I suppose, it is more of a flattening of the image - if that makes sense. I have some great shots of the tiger at Taronga last July and the same problem (2009 Taronga Zoo - a set on Flickr (http://www.flickr.com/photos/dmdigital/sets/72157621632292755/)).

Amazing how the Govt. can find money for the dirty knotted hair hippie girly blouse wearing nancy boys and their pagan festivals or guitar festivals etc etc but unless dragged kicking and screaming dont look after the people they put in harms way!!

its not like they did it deliberately, but its done, pay out and lets get it sorted!!!


we paid out heaps for stolen generation and the like, why not this!!!
