The Ninjas should have given them a touch up!!!!!!!!!!
You have to wonder how good they were if they could not catch them?

Probably less incentive - fear is a more effective incentive than just about anything else, and they are likely to have been more concerned about the victim.

I nearly hit a ninja last night on the local bike path. I was riding along in the rain after dark, with virtually no lights, and then, out of no where there was this female (I think) ninja. I nearly hit her! :D
