I have a 2002 defender 110extreme with 255/85 r16, i was wondering how much a standard and a 2in lift(50 mm i know!) would raise my car, and if it has already been lifted or has sagged (and if it would still fit in the garage:))
I really need a few measurements from those with newish standard suspension and 2in lifts from the middle of the wheel to the lower edge of the plastic flare on the guard.( trim height but could not find it on the rta!)
My heights where roughly front 480mm and rear 530mm, that is unladen with a steel bullbar. My def is about 2.06 tall at the rear. thanks:)

Just checked mine which has a pretty much exact 2" lift (from bump stop clearance measurements), but it is a 90
555mm front
545mm rear

Hmm, 75mm difference at the front means it's sagged at least 1in. ,ill just have to go measure the garage and see if I can fit a 2in lift through other wise might just go hd (130)springs for the front.
Did you have a bullbar on the 90?

Frantic, what's your bump stop measurements now ?
Stock should be around 65mm (this is the distance between your bumpstop and the pad on the axle housing. It can be a little tricky to measure as the pad sits at an angle, ie. it isn't horizontal.

My County sits at 530 front and 535 rear for the lip of the flare to the centre of the wheel. That's with a heavy isuzu and steel front bar. Not sure if it's been lifted though but would like to know.

I have a '95 130 with alloy b/bar & side rails. The springs are original equipment. I measured, as advised by rick130, and the distance is 65mm. Hope this helps you to know whether yours has been lifted or not.

I had a go and it looked to be about 60mm at the front and it has only done 125000k's! That steel bar must weigh it down!
