Whilst driving to my work in Bibra Lake WA after a disappointing yum cha lunch, I noticed a Marine Aluminum Frabricator Workshop, stopped and asked could they make up a Aluminum rear window frame for the 93 Range Rover, they said yes can do the window, replace the glass and fit new gas struts, including being powder coated, how much they would need to see the existing window first, so l will take the Range Rover in one morning next week to get an estimate.
Apparently they used to make the rear window assembly as a replacement for Nissan and Maverick Station Wagons which had a similar rust problem to the Range Rover Classic window frames.
Once l get a price and if reasonable it made will post pictures and prices in case anyone interested in having one made up for their vehicle.
