Agreed. Take out LH headlight first off this will give you access to the washer bottle. It is burried pretty good!!! Rgards Robbo.

From RAVE ... for 03MY onwards (84.10.03)

1. Remove the front bumper assembly.
2. Disconnect multiplug from the headlamp washer pump.
3. Place a container beneath vehicle to collect any spillage.
4. Noting fitted position disconnect multiplugs and washer hoses from the front and rear windscreen washer pumps.
5. Remove 2 nuts and 2 bolts securing the washer reservoir to the body.
6. Release washer reservoir from filler neck. Remove the washer reservoir.

The pre 03MY is slightly different and requires the removal of the grille before the bar.

Where is the leak coming from? It may be the outlet O-rings at the bottom of the reservior. there are two O-rings on the connector, each of different size.
Pull out the connector and block this off, then you can eliminate/include this as the source of leakage. Carefully measure the diameter of these O-Rings, and replace if necessary.
