Stupid bloody lock/anti/cant undo nuts:mad:
Wile my 120 has been laid up, the ol D1 has been doing some of the lighter work here. Popped a tyre last night wile going around the water system here and couldn't budge the stupid anti theft thingies:mad:
Was either a six hour walk, or bugger it:twisted: The rim still looks OK:confused::angel:

I turfed all of the anti theft nuts on my D2. Bloody things are made of cheese:twisted:.
Who would want to steal OE rims anyway, not like they're that good to look at compared to the after market stuff that's out there.

Did you give them a dab of anti-sieze last time you rotated them?,going by the rusty nuts they need it.:angel:. Pat

Its the $300+ tyres i would be worried about getting stolen...
When i first got my car i removed and greased all of the threads on the wheel studs - didnt want to get stuck like you have done!
Lesson learnt im sure!

I thought it was an egg timer :D....
You would need a few of them to time the D1 on a quarter mile with a tyre like that:twisted:
