steering box leak

Anyone with a leaking steering box tried Lucas Power Steering Stop? Might be a good stop gap until the replacement arrives. I once stopped a sizable leak in a series 111 radiator with an egg. Read about it in Land Rover's Working In The Wild handbook. One of their emergency cures for getting you home from the back of beyond.

Yes, probably postponed the box replacement/overhaul for a couple of months.

Yes.. it's been very good . In my case it has postponed the inevitable for at least 40,000km and still going....:)
