Exhaust stud nut Torque Settings?

Hi All

I am refitting my machined manifold with new LR studs and I have been searching all over here for the torque settings and can't find it anywhere. Can someone help me out here?

also need the order to do them up in.

25Nm,(or I think 18foot/lb) and start from centre bolts and work out. This is for a TD5 exhaust manifold.
