Alternate wheels for D3 V8 HSE

I have searched through a heap of tyre threads and have a remaining question.

Q: Can you fit smaller diameter wheels (smaller than 19inch) to a D3 V8?

I mean bolt on, without modifying brakes.

Yes you can,
Can only go as small as 18's tho'
