Loss of Sound Warning

I have recently lost all of my audible warning signals in the D3. No sound when indicators are on, key left in ignition with door open, no 'boings' at all for any warnings. Must say it is rather a quieter vehicle, but needs to be fixed.

Has anyone experienced this problem?

I had the same thing happen on my 05 SE about 18 months ago. It required a new instrument pack as this is where the 'boings' are generated from. Mine was replaced under the Allianz extended warranty.

Thanks for the replies. Will be booking in for a service and a fix ASAP. I do have the extended warranty so hopefully all will be covered.
